Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only where the order or item is marked return-eligible under current Periferi policy.

To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products marked final sale or non-returnable.
• Customized, altered, or made-to-measure items unless damaged or incorrect.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, odor, or missing components.

Return Window and Initiation

Applicable return windows are communicated at product and checkout stages.

Return requests must be raised through the designated Periferi support or return flow within the applicable window.

Inspection and Approval

• All returned items are inspected before refund approval.
• Refunds are approved only when returned items meet condition and policy requirements.
• If inspection fails, the return may be rejected and no refund will be issued.

Refund Timelines

• Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days after return approval.
• Final credit timing depends on the customer bank or payment provider processing cycle.

Partial Fulfillment and Maker Cancellations

If one or more items in an order are cancelled by a maker before dispatch, remaining eligible items may still be fulfilled.

Cancelled items are refunded to the original payment source in line with applicable refund timelines.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges may not be available for all items.

Where exchange is unavailable, an eligible return and fresh order flow applies.
